Here's a veggie sauce recipe that is yummy and takes less than 10minutes to make.
Things you'll need:
Fresh Tomatoes & pepper
- Bleach the palm oil on low heat
- Fry the peppers, tomatoes, and onions until soft
- Toss in the prawns and stir-fry for about a minute
- Add the spinach and steam for 30secs to 1minute.
- Serve while hot.
Can be eaten with boiled yams or plantains, or white-cooked beans. Enjoy!
