Recipe of the Day

    Here's a veggie sauce recipe that is yummy and takes less than 10minutes to make.

    Things you'll need:

    Spinach (Diced)
    Fresh Tomatoes & pepper
    Dried prawns
    Palm oil
    Onions

    1. Bleach the palm oil on low heat
    2. Fry the peppers, tomatoes, and onions until soft
    3. Toss in the prawns and stir-fry for about a minute
    4. Add the spinach and steam for 30secs to 1minute.
    5. Serve while hot.

    Can be eaten with boiled yams or plantains, or white-cooked beans. Enjoy!

    its your fantasy I think, thes sauce match to many meals, need just tryings that to find the most delicious match

  11. I donthave good fantasy at the kitchen so for me it would be better if someone will say with what its possible to eat and with what not:)
