    I am a really big lover of confectionery. All sweets, pies or cakes are tasty for me! :D
    Valentines Day is comming and I want to make a sweet surprise for my bf:) However I am not able to cook very well. In fact I don't like to spend a lot of time in kitchen. Maybe you know simple, easy made recipes of delicious pie or cookies? Please share it with me!

  2. I saw a good recipe for simple apple pie on internet, but I cannot remember that pagelink:)
    Instead of it, I share with you Pumpkin Pie recipe:)
    1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    1teaspoon vanilla
    2 eggs
    Whipped topping, if desired

    1Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate.
    2Stir all ingredients except whipped topping until blended. Pour into pie plate.
    3Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate about 3 hours or until chilled. Serve with whipped topping. Store covered in refrigerator.

    Pumpkin pie - I have never tasted such pie before. But when I was in Austria I have tasted pumpkin sweets, they were very starnge taste, but really delicious

  4. and I have tasted similar pie, just there was not just pie of pumpkin, there was apple and bananas too, but it was wery sweet...

  5. I am on diet now, so I am trying not to eat butter and not use shugar, so I think I will delay this pie recipe to my future...

  7. I offer for you to try impossibly easy Coconut Pie! :)

    1 3/4 cups milk
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    1cup flaked or shredded coconut
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 cup Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix

    1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch glass pie plate with shortening or cooking spray.
    2In large bowl, stir together all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
    3Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Store any remaining pie covered in refrigerator.

  8. Banana Pudding Pie

    1Pillsbury™ Pet-Ritz® frozen deep dish pie crust (from 12-oz package)
    2 1/4cups milk
    1box (6-serving size) banana instant pudding and pie filling mix
    2medium bananas, cut into 1/8-inch slices
    24vanilla wafer cookies
    1cup frozen (thawed) whipped topping

    1 Heat oven to 400°F. Bake pie crust as directed on package for one-crust baked pie shell. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Reserve 8 vanilla wafer cookies; coarsely crush remaining 16 cookies. Set aside.
    2 In large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix with whisk about 2 minutes or until thickened. Spoon 3/4 cup pudding into cooled pie shell. Top with half the crushed vanilla wafer cookies and half the banana slices. Repeat layers; top with remaining pudding. Cover surface of pie with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 3 hours to blend flavors.
    3 Just before serving, remove plastic wrap. Top each serving with a dollop of whipped topping and a vanilla wafer cookie. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.

  9. It is difficult to mada this cake, really... so i would prefer pumpkin pie, it looks delicious too, but it is more simple than this

  12. any way, I had tried this banana pudding pie, although I was totally right - it was really difficult to made. And it was not perfect to me, but at least it was not bad, and I think I added too bananas slices so it was too sweet. but for the fist time quite good

  13. my mother had always cooking this pie at christmas, and I know this recipe long time. just she addes mango and bananas, both
