Here, some of the products that you think are healthy, but... not really :)

    1. Granola (Ahem, Candy) Bars

Now you know to look at the sugar and fiber content before you buy one of these ready-to-eat snacks. But back in the '90s...

    2. 100 Percent Fruit Juice

It's kind of hard to believe you used to have a big glass of sugar—sorry, orange juice—with breakfast every single morning.

    3. Low-Fat Crackers
These might have had a slight caloric edge on the regular version. But that definitely didn't mean eating half a box in one sitting was a smart idea, which is exactly what you did (at least if you were anything like us).

    4. Frozen Diet Meals
They have fewer than 400 calories! ...And more than a quarter of your daily recommended intake of sodium.

    5. Health Drinks
Whether it was instant breakfasts, weight-loss shakes, or vitamin-infused waters, now you know: H2O will always be the gold standard when it comes to hydration—and real food is the best place to get your nutrition, not mixes or bottles.

    6. 100-Calorie Packs of Cookies
As much as we hate to admit it, 100-calorie packs of sweets are still sweets...and that "less than one gram" of fiber, along with all of the sugar, leaves you hungry for another snack in no time.

    7. Muffins
These cupcakes-in-disguise haven't fooled their last unsuspecting victim, but we're not falling for it anymore.

    8. Margarine
And this was back in the days before they removed most of the trans fats from the faux butter.

    9. Rice Cakes
Yeah, these don't have much in the way of calories...or nutrition.

    10. “Real” Fruit Snacks
Even straight-up candy (we won't name names) says on the package that it's "made with real fruit." You may have fooled us back in the day, fruit snacks. But now...

    12. Fruit-on-the-Bottom Yogurt
Finally, you know these for what they really are: sugar bombs.

  2. Omg... I haven't thought that fresh orange juice has so much sugar... Dam, I like it and now I have to change it smth other... :(

  3. well.. I always knew that friuts are sugar bombs, because of that I don't eat them a lot. But i have never heard that margarine is unhealthy. I though it's better than butter...

  4. Granola, I like these, they are perfect way for those who do sport, keep diet and want to loose weight. But these are replete, you eat them, and after an hour you want eat smth again...

  5. many vegetables without doubt, and I also try to eat grain food

  6. I thought that granolas are healthy, isnt healthy really? I dont believe it at all. And what about rice cakes??? I eat them last month and I was convinced that they are really good to loose weight

  7. margarine and butter I knew that they are not good. but granola bars... I didnt knew it...

  8. in granolas there are also much shugar, so of course they are not the most healthy food... also about bananas I have heared that they really not help us to loose weight, we just think that, but its not true

I always thought that eggs are very healthy. But I hard that you can not eat them often!

  10. my opinion is simple at this point: every food is healthy if we eat it not too much. shugar is needed, fat are also neede fo our organism, so all we need is just to control how much we eat it

  11. none of this food I eat. But I think that lovesong is right coz every food has some useful food stuffs

  12. I think not all food is useful. Even if we eat it sometimes there are many meals which have much shugar antd its not healthy

  13. well some shugar or some salt is useful too for our organism, we need various nutrients

  14. please, let me understand something; does fresh orange also contain sugar?

  15. @oge please, let me understand something; does fresh orange also contain sugar?
