I know one way of sport, its called Intesity, the main point of this sport is high intensity training which lasts 30 minutes, many people who were trying it were very satisfied
I havent heared anything of it, but to do the sport of course is one of the most efficient ways to lose weight
I hadnt hear about this sport... have you ever tried this sport? Was it effective?
i'm not sure that I will keep whole 30 minutes of very intensive trainning:D I am quite lazy girl who don't like very intensive work out
I dont think that it is difficult to take sport 30 minutes, it is not much time. But I have never heared about this training earlier
me too never havent heared about it so I dont believe in efficience in this training
